SKILLS SESSION  
All Skill session purchases will not be refunded.  You may receive a full credit to a future Vegas Warriors VBC event.  Credit may also be transferred to a family member or friend under the same terms and conditions as the original registration (ie:2021 Summer skills may be transferred to another session in the 2021 Summer skills series)

APPAREL 
All sales of clothing and apparel (including uniform package contents) are final and no refunds will be given after purchase. 
 
CLUB TRYOUTS AND OPEN GYM SESSIONS 
All tryouts and open gym purchases are final and no refunds will be given after purchase for any reason (this includes injury or sickness). 
 
CLUB DUES 
When you accept an offer to participate, you accept the financial obligations for the entire club fee for that season.  When teams are comprised, monies immediately go directly into uniforms, tournament entries, facility rentals and administrative fees. In most cases, the investments and purchases on behalf of players are non-refundable, therefore it should be expected that the fees and dues paid are also non-refundable. Refunds come in a form of credit ONLY! to any training relating to Vegas Warriors VBC.

Refunds will not be granted to athletes who choose not to participate because of conflicts, team or coaching assignments, or an individual’s amount of playing time.

Refunds will not be granted to athletes who quit or is suspended or dismissed due to policy violations. 
 
Club dues are not dependent on the number of tournaments or practices a player can make. Each member of the team will pay the same amount for the entire season, regardless of time commitment.

If a player cannot play due to injury or sickness, or if a player is absent for any length of time, all payments and dues will still be collected as originally agreed upon.  

 
*Club Dues: In the event that a club decides to cancel a club season for any reason, refunds comes in a form of credit to the following season or any training/private sessions ONLY!.

*Club payment acceleration clause: If, for any reason, a Club player quits his or her team at any point during the season, or is removed for policy violations, all future payments and payment plans become due and payable IMMEDIATELY.
